I'm in the Apollo Beach/Riverview area right on the bay. We lose power pretty quickly during regular storms, but the rain was quite heavy last I checked with my neighbor and he said the winds were kicking up.
We have an airbnb renter staying in a home less than a mile from the Venice fishing pier (cam #7). No idea why he wanted to book during a hurricane...
