This is great advice. Also, play to the room. You want to be the one telling jokes, telling stories, having people hang on your words. Be lively and funny and all of a sudden that’s attention she isn’t getting. She’ll gravitate to you and try to win that attention back. She might heckle you or do something. Don’t let her win. It’s the room that Matters. It’s all energy. Once she sees she’s lost the energy she’ll find attraction growing.

No different than you would talk to anyone else. Just because someone is very attractive, that doesn't mean the rules of communication changes.

It all depends on your personality. You don't want to do anything that makes it look like you are trying too hard. You might want to show her that you are not a threat or just another guy trying to hit on her.

This is horrible advice. If the both of you are adults, there is no point in playing games. You just approach her like anyone else. If you are trying to get her attention do something dumb or something that gives the two of you something yall can talk about. And then from there just be you. But at first don't go overboard with trying to communicate with her.

If possible make a routine where yall see each other within a certain window during the day. Some days just say hello to her, some days let her see you, but don't go tell her hello and then other days go have a general conversation with her, but really it does depend on your personality.
