How do you still not understand what i'm saying?
Because you used shitty analogies that showed people trying a much safer/softer version of a more extreme activity first and eventually some people keep pushing for more and more extreme versions of the activity. Almost like the safer/softer activity is a gateway, which is my exact point.

It doesn't matter what activity somebody does in their life, it is human nature to start from the bottom and work your way up. It's not the weed that makes these people try harder drugs, it's just the natural order of things.
In my initial response to you that’s exactly what I said. Smoking weed doesn’t make people want to go and try coke or heroin or pcp or LSD. But people have been lied to about the dangers of weed, experience first hand that it’s not what they were told, and then some people, not all, begin questioning if what they were told about hard drugs is true too.
Once they start questioning, and if they were buying weed illegally, the chances that they are now in contact and communication with someone that has access to harder shite is MUCH higher. The opportunity to try them is there. That’s why it’s a gateway drug. Not because it makes people want to do other things, but because in the past especially it has provided a point of access (dealer) to those other things.

I agree but you said it was just 2 people but you cut 90% of the people there out of ya'lls life.

newsflash OP, eventually one, if not all of your kids will be smoking weed. Good luck living in your morally superior fantasy land. By the way, you come off like an enormous douche.

smelling that crap
I also used to be pro choice on Marijuana, but it's gotten so bad everywhere that I wish they'd start arresting idiots for it. You can't go anywhere without smelling that stank arse ditch weed. Inconsiderate idiots always ruin things for people.

I was just in a major city on a lovely weekend and had a great time. The weather was perfect, was outside all of the time drinking and having a good time.
But the smell of weed was every fricking where. It drove me crazy. Hate that shite and wish it would go away

No one in my family smokes weed so I doubt it.

the smell is undeniable pretty much everywhere. I don't smoke it, I eat the gummies and drink the seltzers. But, you guys bitching about the smell may need to just wipe the blood out of your itchy vaginas.

I take my daughter to the park and it stinks everywhere.
Potheads stinking up everywhere like cigarette smokers did.
Cigarette smokers and potheads, same song different verse.

Let me propose a topic you've likely never considered. Weed stinks really bad. It makes your clothes stick as well. Why does the pot smokers ability to impact my life negatively with that wretched smell override my rights to not have to deal with it? This applies to pretty much everything in life.

it's legal. You think your rights are more important than the law abiding pot smoker?

if the smell of pot negatively impacts your life then you probably have some bigger, personal problems you need to work through.
Out of all the weird, bad smells one might smell throughout a day in a town or a city, its silly to me that people would single out the smell of pot as if it is some kind of scourge on society worth bitching about.

There are very few occasions when I smell it in my city, but I also don't live in a trash can

If people are going to openly do these things then you might as well make money on them. It just makes sense overall. If you like them both or dont it is up to you.

Same reason I don’t get to tell the local farmers when they can spread manure on their fields. Or why I don’t get to dictate to others about the smell of their cologne.

Agree...that's why i never watch ESPN analysis anymore...just the game and problem solved.
I will never agree with someone who wants the government to legislate away something they don't personally like, and everything you listed is just a personal gripe
