I've been separated from my soon to be ex wife (no pics) for about two months. Since the separation, I've going through a bottle of bourbon every day and a half.

FYI...Bulleit Bourbon is on sale at Rouses for $22.99.

I've decided that hoe aint worth my liver looking like Arseinclarse's, so I gave it up this past Sunday but my leg wont stop shaking. When will this stop. I feel like Pookie in New Jack City..."that shite is calling me man".

Take magnesium and lots of GABA supplements if you can get them. The GABA will really ease things, but you’re probably through the worst of it already.

I've been through moderate to severe bouts of withdrawals from alcohol through the years. The shakes will stop after a week or so, they did with me. The sleepless nights is what takes the longest

My estimation is therefore inconclusive.

When I stopped drinking my whole life changed. I also just drink 0% beers when I go out. My friends respect me for it and I have a great time without it.

The sooner she gets remarried, the sooner she quits becoming your problem, and the sooner those alimony checks stop.

Just remember that alcohol and benzodiazepine withdrawal can be serious enough to cause death.

Don't play around with it. If it gets worse or you are seeing or hearing things you need to drink some alcohol and then go somewhere for a medical detox.

Why pickup a drink ten get a medical detox as opposed to just getting the medical detox?

Go to the doctor ASAP. Shaking after stopping drinking could be a sign of DTs. DTs can occur anywhere from 2-10 days after your last drink. DTs can escalate quickly and unexpectedly. They can also be fatal in up to 25% of patients who are not treated.
