I’m not talking about the guy in the story in that post. I’m responding to the guy who said his wife should be doing everything he says if he’s footing the bill.

If all you’re good for is being a pin cushion, then that’s pretty much how it goes. Why should believe she was worth anything? Yeah, she says she did stuff around the house, but why should I believe her?

On the flip side of that, if you just married some chick to pay her bills so you can control her should you really be all that shocked when she leaves you with half of your assets in a divorce?

I agree with what you’re saying, I just don’t think the article is that situation. I think it’s more she’s terrible person who used someone. Based on her actions, I don’t believe her evaluation of him.
