Lamb is terrible... smells good while being cooked but I can't deal with the flavor

Somewhere in the bible I believe it sounds the smell is "pleasing to God". I would venture to guess during the old testatment days the extreme fat content of lamb was considered very healthy, because of the overall lack of fat in their diet.

I used to manage an apartment complex in Boulder. There was a family from Morocco with three kids and she had their 4th. I knocked on the door to congratulate them and they had a sheep hanging on a rope hook bleeding out into a bucket. I slowly backed out without making eye contact.

Still remember two of the kids names; Saad and Ghislaine. Weird how that came back after 25 years.

It’s just like beef - quality lamb is delicious, and the lower grade stuff is…mutton.

1) lamb is an awesome food
2) lamb chops was ok
3) Shining Time Station was the best non-Sesame Street kids show of that era.

I watched that show as a kid and enjoyed it. Now I enjoy eating delicious lamb.

I just don’t like the taste of lamb. IIRC it has kind of a weird aftertaste to me.

I get goat curry from Mayuri in Houston. It's the best thing I've ever had.

As a kid, I was grossed out by that act. She had a trashy voice and that hand puppet looks filthy. It must have everything to do with seeing it's obviously a sock. To this day I don't even like dogs that look like that nasty puppet.

On my first visit to England, we got lost on a country road. A herd of sheep came along and I took the opportunity to pet one. Very sweet animal but very stinky. That was enough to convince me not to try eating sheep.

It’s hard to imagine wanting to give up herb and peppercorn crusted rack of lamb, with basil and garlic Demi-glacé because of a ginger and her sock puppet from 65 years ago.

I agree. That lady was weird and her voice creeped me out when I was little. Still does.
