I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone getting married on a Sunday

What part of “remember the sabbath” did your friends not understand?

You don’t “have to” do shite. Tell the two grooms to reschedule their wedding

I have heard of people getting married on a Sunday, but I have never heard about anyone getting married on Mother's Day!

I have 2 nephews that got married late last year. One was when the Saints played the Falcons and the other got married when LSU played Alabama.

Naturally, the future wives picked the wedding dates, and that alone is grounds for leaving them at the altar while you are with your friends watching the game.

Nothing is worst than on LSU saturdays, but on a Sunday is terrible too.

Well...open bar dude. Congrats on getting drunk for free today.

Sounds like the bride wanted the wedding to be ON Mother’s Day as a present for her mother. This only spells doom and gloom for the groom.

Skip it.

I always can find a good reason to skip a wedding.

Smart on the grooms part. Be especially clever if the brides birthday was also today. Knockout 3 bullshite gift days in one swing.

We have soccer tryouts. Crazy day for that. Supposed to be at noon, but my boy's trying out for a year older team so it's 2:00. Brunch at 11.

Yup. Clear sign that she’s inclined to elevate her parent’s wishes over her marriage. Not a good sign at all.

The only thing you have to do in life is die. I would just drop the gift off, get a drink, leave
