Sounds like your 64 year old mom has a drug problem.

Anyone taking that garbage should stop or their loved ones be very cautious of that persons behavior. My wife lost her life because of that shite.

For real?
I know that shite is not to mess with.

highly doubtful. They had their fun way back when but have been straight laced for 35 years.
I wasn't referring to illegal drugs or anything. Something otherwise incidental could have a bad interaction. My mom had some of that when when dealing with cancer and had some strong pain medicine. They should have better instructions for certain everyday stuff to avoid.

I know a guy who took Ambien and went to bed, and then woke up in jail. He was in a high speed car chase followed by a foot chase before finally getting caught. Doesn't remember a damn thing about it.

Beans, If I was having a major medical problem, and needed immediate assistance, would you come to save me, or make PIIHB jokes. I need to know, so I can decide if I would attempt to spoon with you, then lick a trail down the center of your breasts across your belly button, stopping for a while at your landing strip, before going lips and tongue first in to your soft, clean smelling lips, while flicking and munching on your precious bean, and diving deeper with my tongue into your :dirty region,"

I have taken some form of Ambien every night for years. The only thing that happens to me is having conversations with my wife that I have no memory of because the ambien scrubs the short term memory. I used to take Ambien CR also known as continuous release and had to stop after my wife filmed me asleep on the couch gasping for air because it was screwing with my breathing patterns and I had no idea.

Also just for context I sleep with a Glock 21 Israeli carry..... until a few weeks ago i just did not feel safe keep one in pipe.

I was in treatment with a guy that was addicted to them. Not for sleep but to get fricked up on, his average was 6 a day. Still blows my mind how that’s possible

I’ve always had major trouble sleeping. Years ago I took Ambien for a while and it was perfect. Knocked me out in 10 minutes, got a full night’s sleep, then woke up with no hangover effect. When I switched doctors the new one wouldn’t prescribe it. Haven’t had a good night of sleep since.

I've been taking Ambien every other night for 8 years. No problems and I sleep much better with it because of a legitimate medical problem. My new doctor almost took me off it but finally said - "well, you are addicted now so I won't force you into withdrawal." Good.

I'm party to no lawsuit and never have been.

Money wont bring my wife back or make it any easier to deal with her loss.

I hope you never have to know that pain.

Thank God she only has a knot on her head as this could have had a way worse outcome.

No kidding. This could have been a story of how two bodies were found by firefighters in the smoldering ashes of what was once a house. Glad there was more to it.
