I think he is saying that if OP doesn't like the weather her then go to Ohio, but he isn't complaining because its Dec 1 and he was wearing shorts.

Louisiana gets more rain year round compared to every other state in the country. It’s humid all the time especially in South Louisiana

I dunno, seems to me he meant he's never needed to because he either pays a service or it doesn't snow in OH.
But in any case, other than Joe Burreaux and Ja'Marr Chase, are there any positive attributes in the state of OH that would interest people on an LSU sports board?

I have been here for about a month and the weather is better, but i prefer cold to hot, roads are better, traffic is better, people you interact with on a day to day basis are nicer, everything is nicer and cleaner. It is better in almost every way, Louisiana is a shithole.

WTF is this? We haven’t had a storm since April. The LSU lakes completely evaporated and they had to fill it with a fire hydrant because they are trying to refurbish.
