That's exactly like saying New Orleans East and Mandeville are the same thing.

How long are the shooting lanes? Less than 350, why bother?

Pheonix metro area has a population of approximately 5M. Those areas are all included in that, but are drastically different.

They drop down from the ceiling in that 6k sq ft man cave along with a disco ball and a DJ booth pops out from the floor. There's actually a tunnel to the main road so the "dancers" can enter/leave discreetly and so the "party favors" can be delivered without the nosy neighbors getting all Karen-y.

Maybe get some hookers delivered at some point.

I’ve stayed in that area quite often for extended periods of time. The differences aren’t like comparing Mandeville to New Orleans as someone said earlier. Those areas are more like extensions of one another.

$40K would be on the light side IMO. You would need at least one full-time worker for a lot of daily tasks and still would have the need for people to come fix crap when it breaks.

If you can afford to drop $20 mil on this place, I doubt you are going to fret over $50-100k/year on maintenance.

Place probably costs 40k a year just to maintain

Lolz I bet the electric bill alone cost more than that a year. Between landscaping and the upkeep on those amenities I bet it’s closer to 500k to a million. That’s why the price tag doesn’t seem bad, the upkeep is likely expensive. This is the type of stuff people build when they hit the lottery and end up selling cheap because they never considered the cost to maintain it and end up running out of money
