I'd rather be good friends with the owner than own it myself. Way too much shite to maintain.

The speed trap guys would have a field day writing tickets on that little track.

The stove is over $100k alone. It’s hand made in France. La Cornrue is an amazing cooking experience.

Location is everything. Still wouldn’t want to live in Arizona. Barren with no shade.

Having grown seeing green all my life I could never live there no matter how nice a house was

If you don't have any friends to share it with I could see it getting boring quick

That’s not for me.I’d rather have a ranch in Texas, have some Longhorn cattle, whitetail deer, axis deer and a nice lake managed for bass.Have a ranch manager to take care of all the work-filling the feeders, keep up the fence, etc.

I want my best friend to own that. I have no desire to maintain it.

No lie, I partied at an equally ludicrous house in AZ years back. Imagine a house like the one in the OP, but all automotive related. I’m talking millions and millions of dollars of cars, stacked in garages 3 stories high. Resort style pool lined with slot machines. 8 poolside suites where you could crash if you drank too much. Fake titty bitches doing coke and drinking martinis.

It was the wildest shite I’ve ever seen. Heard the dude went broke years later.

Fence isn't high enough and it's going to be surrounded by track homes. Should have spent some of that on the surrounding land. Cool amenities though if you were on house arrest.

Agree, too far from North Scottsdale.

No 85255, no care.

if you can afford that place then you can probably afford to hire someone to do maintenance on it.
