WTF?

What a racket. You can't tell me the price between liability on an older vehicle and full coverage on a newer vehicle is that much different.

Do you have Collision? If so, that's where the higher premium is originating. The replacement cost of your truck is alot higher.

I went from an '05 F-250 King Ranch Supercrew 4x4 diesel to a '14 F-150 XLT Supercrew 4x4 Ecoboost and my insurance only went up $15/mo. I increased my deductible and lowered it to $5/mo more.

Did you buy the newer vehicle cash? Otherwise you should know that you're not just paying for liability.

Oh for fricks sake.

It's Obamacare's fault.

If you owe money the bank required you to insure their interest in the vehicle against loss/damage.

If you guys would throw the many multiple DUI offenders in Angola, maybe your Auto wouldnt be so steep. Or, you can always move to TX and pay half of what you pay in LA.

Im not understanding how you didn't expect this to more than double. You were either getting screwed before or you're getting a great rate now

Dude lives in Alabama. And if all the multiple DUI offenders in the SEC were sent up for hard time this board would die. Unless they've installed WiFi in Limestone and Angola and all the rest.

The tallest buildings in almost every city are the insurance companies, or the banks owned by the insurance companies. Those things are not cheap and neither are all those people filling all those buildings. And all those people want (deserve if liberal thinking) a nice fat raise in wages and benefits.

You sure it was only 60% increase?
