It's pretty funny regardless. I agree though. I've seen a few people with Tourette's and usually they just have a very repetitive tic. Like a head nod and/or blinking.

She obviously has Tourette’s Disorder with both vocal and motor tics.
She does, however, exaggerate most of her tics on purpose. You can tell which ones when you watch them closely.
Whatever it takes to get the social media likes I guess.

I had a college friend with Tourette syndrome, nicknamed "Trigger." We were in his car when Britney Spears came on the radio. He went to change the station and had spasm, punching the dash. Later, a guy who didn't know him well, who had been sitting in backseat, was telling the story.
"Man, Trigger really hates Britney Spears."
