Did you just have your first class in Math 1431 with Dr Vaughn, aka Sally Fields?

I have another one for you - "birthdays" are really anniveraries of birth - to celebrate the year, for example, you would have to have the party the day before the birthday.
For example, Elvis Aaron Presley was born on January 8th, 1935. He was living his 365th day on January 7th, 1936.
Because we don't start counting at the "Zeroth" of anything - zero is a placeholder - a null digit, if you will
over the course of say a 75 year life span you will lose about 2.5 months of actual years and you don't even know it.

I was born on June 6th @ 6 AM
Why is the time relevant? How many people would the sample require to find two people born at the same time on the same day? What about with the same name or in the same hospital? How many of them in the sample like spaghetti and meatballs and how many like only spaghetti? What about gumbo or scrambled eggs?

Ever hit someone
No, and rarely would be considered a felony, simple battery.

ever sped more than 20 over
No, and not a felony in the majority of states, certainly in LA. It's a misdemeanor traffic offense with a higher fine.

ever smoked weed
No, and not a felony (dumbass

ever put an incorrect # down by accident on your taxes etc.
No, and this is not a felony.
OK, we got a new MJ2 thread today. Woooo Hoooooo!!!!

That's a mathematical construct. No one has "negative" anything. Again, placeholders. In the real world, counting real objects, you always start at 1 (or multiples of 1) - not 0.

Where is this a felony? Reckless driving by speed is generally a misdemeanor.

I remember reading this in a statistics and probability textbook. I don't remember how the math works out. It really is kind of trippy stuff.
Even though I understand the math it is still trippy to me as well.
