I always feel like somebody's watching me. And I have no privacy (oh-oh, oh)

Just to show you the network of ALPR cameras where you live, work, and play tracking your every move in your daily life.
Crowdsourced ALPR surveillance map
Enjoy your dystopian overlords.

I live in the country. Not in a square within a city.

Some of you need to be medicated. You’re not important. Nobody gives a frick where you’ve been.

So you're an average guy with an average life?

There's 4 at the Lowe's near me. Other than that, there's a few at the entrances of some neighborhoods where an HOA thought it was a good idea to have one. Mostly surveillance free around me. I don't have a problem with the premise of the system. That's a great way to find a vehicle involved in a felony, amber alert, etc. to alert the police after a license plate scan goes off, but when agencies abuse the system, or outside sources have access to the tracking, that's the problem. Nobody other than law enforcement should have access. I feel like this current narative against Flock cameras is like the "defund the police" days. If people are worried about someone selling their location to companies, then maybe they should worry about their smartphone first.

There's 16 of them surrounding Lakeside Shopping Center, I wonder why...?
and 4 around Whole Foods...
and 25 at the Jefferson/Orleans parish lines on various roads from River Road to Vets...

This is why i just roll my eyes when people talk about how they don’t do this or don’t do that so they can’t be tracked or watched.
People are creature of habit and there are databases that could pin point you to exact locations pretty every single day at any given time
You walked past a bank camera or another store camera or ring camera. That will locate you immdiately if you needed to be found.

Baw read your own post again, it seems you do have a problem with them.
frick Flock and frick the surveillance state I didn’t sign up for. Flock is not looking out for you nor for your “safety”, they’re in the business of making money and they’re profiting off of selling your every single movement under the completely false guise of safety.

You are not. But the resources they want to extract from you and everyone else, are important.
This isn't so much about surveillance and more about data learning/extraction.
Learning everything about you so that corporations can manipulate you into giving up your money, time, emotions, etc.

How many times is this going to be posted? Perhaps if certain portions of society would stop committing crimes and stealing everything not nailed down, this wouldnt necessary.

I think the map is dated and not accurate.
Our subdivision near the Woodlawn Library off Jones Creek has 8 Project NOLA cameras (1 ALPR is on my house) and the feed goes directly to the EBR Sheriff office. None of these cameras are shown on the Flock map.
Secondly, I have a lot off of Highland near LSU Ave.
in 2020, after LSU won the Natty, the city re-named the road after Joe Burrow, On the map. the road still shows the old name. Every GIS mapping software I have ever used has the name updated except the Flock map.
Strange.
