I would be really pissed if I was in traffic because of this fruit loop. It will be interesting to see how they handle this, but hopefully they are aggressive so they can get traffic moving.

UPDATE: Police were able to get the dangler off the sign. Two lanes have now opened westbound AND eastbound on I-12 at Airline. Expect heavy delays in both directions.
