I-12 is reopening guy decided to come down on his own

Person on Overhead
BATON ROUGE - A man was seen hanging over traffic on I-12 Monday afternoon.
DOTD traffic cameras spotted the person sitting on a large highway sign above passing vehicles on I-12 near Airline Highway around 2:30 p.m. Monday. It's unclear why the person is atop the sign.
Westbound lanes of the interstate are being shut down in the area at this time.
Details are limited at this time.
