Rds and Duke are both either meteorologists or went to school for it.

Tropicaltidbits.com has all the models - Levi will provide a detailed video update if there's a storm potential.
Stormcastforums.com has a few meteorologists posting on it (Fradella posts as himself there). When a storm comes though they'll be a handful of folks still suffering from Katrina PTSD asking if they're going to live 6 times per day.

There are three actual meteorologists active in these threads.
And two of them actually have people pay them to do it.

And I have a squirrel that I'm training in meteorology.
If the possum keeps hanging around, I may put it on research duty.

12Z gfs trending toward another nothingburger so far

So far the GFS is rather unimpressive through hour 222. Looks like a sloppy mess headed toward the panhandle.

You need water for those chia seeds you put on your head?

It’s not a message board but Space City Weather is a very professional site written by two professional meteorologists.
It is focused on Houston and southeastern Texas but they will discuss other storms as well.

Chia seeds didn’t work. I’m open to other suggestions.
