Have they found out anymore about it?

James Spann mentioned it on a FB post.

Initial issue was fiber optic cable cut, then a network card had to be replaced (in relation to radar communications being down, not whatever happened in Terrebonne)

Good to know it wasn’t a cyber attack. The federal government should be the best ones at avoiding these online issues.

Gulf of America’s defense has been damn near impenetrable since coming into the game early 2025. I don’t see it letting us down in the 4th Quarter of 2026.

RDS: Seems like there are a lot of differences in opinion on what this thing could do now

Any thoughts or gut feelings?

Not rds obviously lol but i see evryone is freaking out with the AI models coming in much more aggressive this morning. I don't know if i buy that there will be a wall of shear near the coast when this things comes north. The Euro, GFS and it's ensembles are much more weaker

The same models that predicted flooding rains for BR and CENLA this weekend? Great, those are dogshit models.

Seriously, it seems as though the storms never go where predicted early on so it might be a good thing.

If it's a Carnival Cruise, cancellation would be the best option for you
