Isn't the northeast usually the worst part of the storm? How is Orlando on the cleaner side?
Charley was really bad in a lot of Orlando. Milton could be as bad as Charley. Hopefully not but depends on the exact track.

The larger platforms all have them. It's not publicly available but the hurricane folks can see them.
Some are set up to where you can call and get a weather report if you have the number.
No, they don't give those out to the public.
