Hey Liz. I've been looking into a new development a little southeast from you down Bonita Beach rd, right next to Bird Rookery Swamp. Do you know if that area is low? I was wondering if the recent rains had caused any flooding in that area.

They just got the north eyewall there in Cudjoe Key and are in the eye now it appears.

Looks like the two weather stations at Key West and Vaca Key are just outside the core winds but it's going to be close.

Idk if it's because Irma is pulling away from the radar site in Key West but her shite wind field looks to be smaller.
