how high would the winds have to be at 500 feet to get to 200 at the ground?

Here is what I know about Anguilla. Pumphouse is totally destroyed. Dolce Vita is mostly gone. Roy's not too bad.
Also destroyed:
Smokeys
Mangos
Sunshine Shack
Sandy Island
Palm Grove
Heavy damage:
Anguilla Great House
Trattoria Tramanto
Blowing Point Terminal
Rumored destroyed:
Uncle Earnies
Gwens
Pics have been slow to come due to cell service
