What les wanted to do:
What really happened:

It should be, yes
The eye is going to be bigger at landfall. I think Miami is gonna dodge the eyewall bullet but we’re talking by 10-20 miles. All it takes is a little wobble
Don’t care...saw her butthole

Apparently they are not starting contraflow until tomorrow for some reason. Using the shoulder as extra lanes at this point.
Probably using south lanes to stage supplies, etc

Lots of warm water ahead once the eyewall replacement completes. Could see pressure drop again and intensification. Will be interesting to watch the dropsonde's during the course of the day today.
Absolutely. I think it’s going to make landfall as a borderline Cat 4/Cat 5. I’m still projecting landfall about 30 miles southeast of Marco Island. Right in the Everglades/Ochopee area

Irma has now been a Category 5 Hurricane for 72 straight hours and counting which is the longest continuous period of Cat 5 strength ever recorded in the Atlantic.
I think we see an eye replacement cycle sooner rather than later. Looking at the models, I think she threads the needle north of Cuba and hits Florida as a larger cat 4, with landfall about 30 miles south east of Marco Island. Just my $.02
well I'm out fam. gonna try and get some shut eye. gonna be a long weekend :gmt:

I'm not doing the technique or anything just judging from how it looks that were probably seeing a dip in strength.
It's useful we've been able to compare those T#s vs recon data through this too.
I'm not disagreeing with you or anything. I just put more stock in the recon data.

Weakest the Dvorak has looked in days. I think she's down in four territory currently.
I don't put a lot of stock in the Dvorak technique. it has it's uses though.

In this day and age you can get your credit score/report monthly for free. A lot of credit card companies, mint, quicken, etc will alert you if there’s something new on your credit report
I’ve been pleased with Netscape Navigator tbh
yeah, the breach was discovered over a month ago. I love stock picks like these though. no doubt they will see downward momentum tomorrow.
not skeered
ETA: this is going to be a great buying opportunity imo
