I have a friend right near Orlando ... she's from Cali and only moved about 6 months ago. If I were her, having experience a hurricane many many miles away from where it made landfall, I'd leave. No electricity ... maybe no water ... maybe no way to get to a hospital if needed ... I'm gone pecan.

One of my in-laws Airbnb's in central Georgia has had dozens of inquiries today. They eventually decided to rent it out to a young couple and their children and parents from St. Pete.
