Legitimate concern.
Insurance companies are starting to roll back coverage to certain areas because the risk has become too great. The only way these people will be able to get insurance is government funded ala flood insurance.

This is ridiculous because the turtle eggs are going to die anyway and the sand is headed towards the big ocean floor.

Turtle eggs eat great too so the public should be allowed to pluck them from their nests right now.
