True. Also, Levi tends to think the HWRF might be onto something with the Florida landfall. He said the long churn over the water is something the HWRF typically handles better since it's coupled to the ocean.

It makes sense, and considering the Euro initializes Dorian too weak this could be a factor as it wouldn't see as much upwelling and wouldn't see Dorian as weakening.

Of course, we don't know how the Euro depicts the storm vertically. So maybe it's actually sitting at similar levels as the HWRF and has the steering a little different.

I'll say this, if the HWRF ends up being right about a Florida landfall it will have had quite the run with Dorian. It's pretty much nailed the intensification cycles in the short run.

Going back to the Marsh Harbor area from earlier where I believe the videos were from... found this link searching Twitter.. says all communications are "disconnected." (Assuming this is a legitimate Bahamian news source)

This is a very September 1st kind of image.

That image looks like it's two fish and a Mexican vacation with a really nasty side of frick the Bahamas and maybe Florida.

It means this is at least a possibility that the north turn is not sharp enough to keep it off land

If there are bodies floating around as that says they will almost definitely lose bodies as the water flows out. How horrifying that it will take a long time for a true missing person vs body count.

With the government controlling all info now I wonder how much we will hear.
