I think we all know that they're not really traumatized. They have just been taught that if they say they were, they will get what they want. SJWs are all about using faux outrage and media savvy to their advantage to gain power and enact change. Businesses and individuals on the receiving end of this rage suddenly feel like they're being assaulted on all sides, as if there is a massive, overwhelming consensus that is angry and must be answered to or else face devastating consequences. However, it's all a ruse. There is no massive groundswell. There is no huge population upset and seething with anger. It's actually a small, vocal minority using the media to distort their size and influence. People think that if they appease them, they will go away. However, giving in only makes them stronger and louder.

SJW's are in support of only what aligns exactly with their personal beliefs

I think this describes nearly everyone with personal beliefs. Personally, I'm not in support of things I don't believe in.

I don't get it. What are they going to do when they are out in the real world and have to be in situations in which they have to engage with people who have different views than they do?

What if they get a job and their company has a speaker come in and its someone who has conservative views?

In college, I remember taking a political science class. And during the semester there were two or three politicians who came speak to the class. If it was someone I might not have shared the same political views with, I still saw it as an opportunity to hear what they have to say, maybe they will give me a different way of seeing something. If I were ever in a situation in which someone I don't agree is speaking, the thought to protest wouldn't even cross my mind.

Seriously, are people like this a result of how they were raised or is it just a group that people decide to fall into?

It's not that you have to support opposing views but at least be tolerant of others' views.
SJWs are all about preaching tolerance but don't want to listen to non-progressive views.

Do you try to silence those with a different opinion or sabotage their businesses etc?

A now bankrupt organization I worked for brought in a Professor of some kinda BS for a mandatory attendance seminar on "bio facial reading" or some such. The broad claims and has published material on reading peoples personalities from the age lines on their faces.

She did her spiel and went person to person giving her "readings". Total scam, same stuff the carnival hucksters and sham shrinks pull: generalized "you feel strongly and act upon feelings"; "you worry and are tired a lot losing sleep with worries" kinda crap.

Of course since the big bosses were all in awe of her stuff, I just nodded and played along when she was 100% wrong with her reading of me.

The seminar ended with her handing out forms and stuff to order her book and pamphlet materials

Did you not see the recent incident where the college interns banded together and wrote that letter to the VP of the corporation stating why they should be allowed to not follow the company dress code? He fired every one of them on the spot. That is what happens.

Everyone else is a SJW to you guys just like any petty comeback is "ownage" or "epic"

This sounds like exactly the kind of scientific poll a typical wacko anti free speech and thought SJW would quote in an argument.
