How’s everyone’s anger doing?

I finally hit a mini breaking point today. It was at the golf course.
I haven’t made it a secret that I take meds for anxiety. They were prescribed to me about 5 years ago. I’d get dizzy spells every day at work, got so bad I couldn’t drive. Finally, a neurologist diagnosed me. I’ve been great since. I even had a brief period where there were things I wanted to get mad at, but just couldn’t.
Anyway, my biggest stress relievers (aside from my future wife) are sports and traveling...and drinking. Two of those three were shot for a while. We are planning a wedding, which has been moved already because of the virus, so it hasn’t been stress free at home. We’ve been busy, and keep running into roadblocks.
Anyway, I’m no scratch golfer, but I lost my shite today and snapped a few clubs. I know how to fix them and have the equipment, so it’s not a huge issue.
I just feel like I hit a boiling point between the stay at home bs, political climate, and wedding planning stress.
That’s my ‘dear Facebook’ for now, but has anybody else been prone to outbursts or anger lately?

Well, I hope deathvalleytiger10 gets hit by a bus tonight.
So, not so well.
So, not so well.

I hear you. The world hears you. And soon enough these mofo protesters are going to hear from all of us soon.

Yeah that's pretty embarrassing.

Is that a modified GW Bush quote?

I have some anger issues that rarely emerge, but mostly, I mire in prolonged bouts of severe depression.

Well I’m not sure it’s anger and I don’t want to hurt myself, but if I died it may not be such a bad thing.

It’s been a bad day. The ice in my vodka drink melted faster than I would have liked

Congrats man on the wedding.
Hang in there and keep things in perspective you were on the golf course it's not like you were on a Higgins boat about to roll up on Omaha Beach.
Been there with anxiety it's a MF.

Friend,
Years ago I suffered from bouts of rage and anger. Through strict monastic practices of prayer, fasting and almsgiving, I have conquered that demon. I focus in my mind an image of Christ being crucified, the ultimate act of love. Through that discipline, I have found rest.

I’m fine. You, however, sound like a weak minded pussy.
