I know a dentist that studied at Tufts and Howard. Due to fiances and military involvement he finished at Howard. He said the Howard program was laughable. The difference in challenge was night and day. He said he didn't think any of the Howard students could have passed at Tufts.
I hear it’s easy for white people to get accepted to Howard medical school and dental school. Is this true? Looking for a mid career change.

Nicholls State University Assistant Gay & Queer Fundraiser

With a really quick search, this came up.

But this is a description of a job.

Description:
Preferred experience includes the “[a]bility to teach Women’s History. A variety of minor fields will be considered.”

Wrong. Harvard grads get jobs on Wall Street regardless of major.

Correct, a gender studies degree from Harvard is just as worthless as one from Nicholls.

Idk if Harvard offer gender studies, but hedge funds and other high level finance places will hire Ivy League grads out of the humanities. Idk why, but they prefer that over a finance degree from an SEC school. Doesn’t really make sense to me.

It's so they can make intelligent conversation with their rich, well educated clients.

Lost an arm. Was controversial in his leadership but was still a fine commander imo. Went on to play a heavy hand in the Freedman’s Bureau and eventually founded the college named after him.

The Ivies, Stanford, Duke, Notre Dame and the Military Academies all have a strong presence on Wall Street. It’s called networking. They hire their by own.

Yes, we know, Howard is a pretty good university. But all the really fine sistas go to Hillman College.

OO Howard was one of the worst corp commanders ever to serve in the Army of the Potomac.

He almost caused the entire army to be destroyed in detail at Chancellorsville by failing to put his command into a defensive position and ignoring reports of Jackson’s flank march.

Then he and what was left of his corp were shipped west after being run off the field again at Gettysburg.

The only reason he wasn’t kicked out of the army completely was that he was a radical Republican and his friends on the war commission saved him.

An English degree from Harvard can land you a job at Google or at a hedge fund

What an odd reply. Why would I lie, I said what I said. Apparently I'm living in a different world than you.

Someone, who didn't graduate from an ivy league school, should apply for a job somewhere where the majority of the employees graduated from an ivy league school and when they don't get the job sue them for only giving people from certain schools an opportunity. If the lawsuit is one then companies would be trying to hire people from a wide range of schools "She went to McNeese.. We could use her to look more diverse"
