Travelling, sight seeing, experiencing shite no one else does, and screwing women all over the world

Buy a nice ultralight backpacking kit (prob $3k all in) and spend 12-18 months up and down the long trails of US, Canada, and Europe.
Then spend 6-12 months in southeast Asia bouncing around between Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia eating great food, hiking, soaking up the culture, and learn to either kite surf, scuba dive, or surf. Perhaps all 3.
Spend 6 months in the Baltics and Balkans. Spend 6 months in South America. Try to learn passable Russian and become fluent in Spanish. More backpacking. Take dance lessons in Brazil or Colombia. Probably visit a cocaine farm.
After this extensive travel I would be confident in picking the location to settle down in and have as a home base going forward.
Go back to my hometown one week each quarter during this entire time to spend time with my family before they get old and die.
Play golf with my dad and brother.
Go to see some games at the Dean Dome with my dad and brother.
Spend time with my oldest friends who I only see every few years now.
Make new friends along the way and stay in touch, invite them along, make the world a smaller place.
Invest in start-ups along my travels, donate to local charities in each country that focus on children's health, education, and shelter.
As I type this I realize none of this is really expensive and boils down to having the freedom to do it. Hope to hit that point within the next 24 months.

I really don't think my life would be any different if I had 10 million or 800 billion dollars.
I wouldn't want to own a house that required staff to keep up. I would barely ever use a yacht or golf course, even if I owned them outright, so I wouldn't bother. I'd feel like an idiot if I had 20 cars. I'm just not flashy like that.
Not having to worry about bills would be nice. I'd have a few nicer things, but that's about it.

I know a guy who's wife won a 16 million dollar settlement and his life hasn't changed a bit. They bought a new house, it's modest, considering.

Unlimited money? Life would change in literally every sense, obviously.

Probably die of a drug overdose after a few years (months?) of excess

I'm thinking my glass would always be full and my prostate gland would always be empty.

Money is no longer a significant concern. I'm going to end up with a better house and nicer cars. Little else will change. I'm a pretty boring guy. Family is all that really matters to me.
A person is who he or she is. Money and stress (or the lack thereof) do not change people, at least not appreciably (I'm not going to deny that prolonged types of stress or a traumatic event, can alter a person, but just generally). These things merely reveal the person who was always there - "unmasks" them, in other words.
