Kids are happy and healthy so I can’t really complain.

That being said, worked all day, drove to the whirlpool of despair, had shitty Chinese at Lennox mall for dinner, and the gelato shop closed before I could get dessert. So I’ve had better tbh.

1st Father’s Day of a beautiful 6 week old girl.

Haven’t left the house

Had breakfast
Napped
Watched golf
Having pizza now

I’d say it’s a 10/10

I wish I had an answer to that - because some of the plugs that are out are on separate breakers in a separate breaker box that some of the rest of the stuff that is out.

Potty training the two year old who absolutely hates it, paces for nearly two hours while holding it and screaming intermittently.

Still, no matter how insane or difficult the time spent together was, it was with my kids, so in this boring old man's opinion, it was just about perfect.

10 of 10. Both sons, both daughter-in laws, three of the best grands in the world. Missed two of the Grands, but they are teens, totally understand! All in all . I get a lot better than I deserve!

Got smootchies from all three of my grandchildren today. And the same from two out of three of my kids, the other one is wonderful just bad logistics.

8.8 only for not seeing my youngest.

I put a brisket on the smoker at 6:00 yesterday evening and was up at regular intervals throughout the night checking on it. Ate it at 12:00 today with the family, watched some CWS with my dad, then took a 3 hour nap.

It was great.

One leg of your service is dead.

Could be main breaker, meter can, or one of the feeder wires from the utility.

The circuits that are working just happen to be on the live side, and no 220 circuits will work.

9/10 so far.

Woke up early and got donuts for the family. Kids woke up and give the the gift basket they made/bought. Youngest one is still just young enough to make homemade Father’s Day cards…misspellings, funny drawings and all, while telling me she’ll “always be (my) girl.”. I cherish those more than any other gifts as the time is quickly approaching where they will be no more.

Wife, kids and I went to mom and dad’s house to eat lunch with my dad, mom, brother, sister, and their families. Took a quick nap at home, then took the kids to a movie.

Wife unexpectedly signaled, very aggressively, there may be one more “present” later tonight which will push the day to a 10/10.
