When you get pulled over. Roll the window down and then place both hands on the steering wheel and wait for instructions. Follow those instructions. Don't make any fast movements.

The key is to do everything very, very slowly and stop doing anything at all if the officer starts freaking out. Philandos mistake was continuing to reach, telling the cop wat he was doing or not, once the cop started losing his shite. When the officer says NO, then it would probably be wise to stop whatever the frick you are doing. In the right or not.

Why? I've told them twice, not told them a few other times.
Nobody cares when I tell them. "No that's fine, I don't need to see your firearms license."
I assume it helps that I'm white, in a decent vehicle and am usually business casual. Not making a joke, I really think it probably is a different world.
