Am I the only person who finds time to gather my shite for the cops between the time the lights come on and the time they get to the window?

I'm not saying it's a good idea to rummage around in the dark while he's still in the patrol car, but as far as I can recall I've always been able to get my insurance and license ready before he's even walking up, and then can remain pretty much still until he asks me for something else.
