How to stop a dog attack

And it ain’t shoving two fingers up the dogs arse!
The guy is a little quirky at times, but has very solid advice. For that time when you don’t know what the hell you’re gonna do when two dogs are fighting or somebody’s getting attacked. May save a life.

If some reason people don't want to click your link and watch a 15min video, the answer is to choke it. Yank its collar, wrap a rope around neck, just something to stop its airflow.

I was told by an older gentleman once that if you softly sing "Viva Las Vegas" by Elvis while the dog is coming at you, it will make the dog stop...not sure if it works...

I thought it was common knowledge that to gain control of a dog is to go for the throat?
That's what alpha dogs do to the others. Even if playing, if the other dog is on his back and the alpha is over it, the alpha will playfully go for the throat as to say "bitch, I am the boss".
I have two dogs that can both be alpha. They don't submit to each other. They play with each other a lot, but have their fair share of fights because neither one gives in and what usually causes the fight is when one is on their back and the other goes at the other's throat, that one will pop up quick and the growling and snaring starts.
So yeah if a dog attacks you, you show them who is in charge.

I assumed if life of death you gauge its eyes out. The neck muscles on some pits leads me to believe you aren’t choking it with one hand. Assuming the other hand or arm is in his mouth.

Wouldn’t it be easy to seriously frick a dog’s eyes if it had one of your extremities and would let go?
I know it would still be painful and maybe not the quickest thing in the world but surely one could dig their finger way up in there and cause the dog serious pain.
ETA: I figured it would be hard to choke a strong dog long enough to do anything. Wouldn’t it just shake violently and break your grasp?
