London? LOL - OKAY

I mean, I've spent a few weeks at a time in London (really great city, with a fantastic mass transit system and endless stuff to do). I've been to Atlanta at least 5 different times. I've lived in Louisiana my whole life (though I've visited many places), but Atlanta is one of the American cities that I've spent the most time in away from home...and I f&%king hate it there

Granted, I hate most of the Sprawl Cities like Houston, Atlanta, Orlando, Dallas, Los Angeles, etc.

And before you ask, yes, I live in Baton Rouge. I am aware Baton Rouge sucks. I make the most of it, but I know where I am. I would not live here if not for the fact that I grew up here and my many attempts to move out of state hadn't been thwarted by poor career mobility.

Why did you have a bad time there? I would think that the restaurants alone would be enough to have an enjoyable stay in Atlanta. My wife and I lived there for a couple years and we loved it. We could ride our bikes to the beltline and bar/restaurant hop from Piedmont to Inman Park. I feel like no matter what your interests are, you can find it in a city like Atlanta.

There is no universe where London is a shithole and Atlanta isn't one

Exercising is for libtards and homos. They could've used that space to add another lane to a highway

I had Wolshon for traffic engineering at LSU. He told us if we ever tried to solve a traffic problem by just adding a lane he'd kick our arse

Wolshon sounds based AF.

More trains and trails and less fricking cars in urban areas.

Need to get my miles in the saddle and trigger the F250 bros.

Car culture is cringe and gay.

We need a deep, multi-year recession to rid our country of these types of jobs.

Delta Airlines Hubbing in ATL is what made Atlanta. Olympics just added to it.
I lived in ATL before the Olympics.

Monroe, Louisiana is still recovering from the loss of Delta. What could have been?

Wait, what?

Monroe, LA had/should've had Delta? Is this for real?

cool idea, but they need to figure out a way to make it 26.2 miles long.

I think you meant 28.3 miles long.
