I was there a week ago. No mask mandate anymore and no business I entered required it.
Not a single restaurant or store checked vax cards that I went into. The casino will 100% check it however.

this all seems pretty pointless considering there is no requirement to check Vax cards this weekend

I’ve heard most places now accept either a death certificate or an MRI showing a blood clot as proof of vaxxxination

It varies from place to place and even night to night. Some places check really closely, some barely glance at whatever you show them, and some don’t check at all.

I was all over the straight half of Bourbon [no homo]and Harrah's last week. I did not get shot or stabbed suprisingly. TO the question at hand, most places checked and either did not look close or wanted the name on the card to match ID. Find a blank on Google or DDG, print it, fill it out with your information, snap pic to keep on phone. I felt like everyone was looking for a reason to allow us in rather than keep us out.
If someone is a stickler at Harrah's, there is more than one entrance. My guest and I had no issues anywhere. Possibly the most thorough check was the Dungeon bar.
No place was so busy that they couldn't have checked closely. Great times to still be had there.
