28 (2004, $96k) . Three more bought and sold since then, another one will happen this summer.

22 - House was brand new and cost $89,900 (3 bed 2 bath - 1,500 sf)

then

37 - Brand new house $180,000 (3 bed, 2 bath - 1,800 sf)

42 - Used home $400,000 (4 bed, 2.5 bath - 3,000 sf) still in this one.

I was 27 in 1999. The house was a small ranch in the Bluff Park area of Hoover and cost 119K.
