29, would’ve been earlier but we had to move away for 4 years for my wife’s schooling.

Built my first house at 28

Rented until I paid cash for my first home at 32 years old.

27 years old in ‘97...had been married for 6 years and had a 4 year old and a newborn at the time. Things were a little different back then.

Wife and I both worked all through college and grad school. Saved our money. We finished with 30 days of each other , got married and bought a house. 25 and 24. Southdowns in the late 90’s when the market was el fuego. Parents didn’t give us a dime. All our money and credit. You can do anything in this country if you work hard and manage your money.

28. Married the woman of my dreams. 36 she’s fricking everyone but me. Now own my home and she’s still a whore.
