If you dont catch it..a lot

If you catch it...you losing a lot. Flu I lose 10-15 pounds usually

No carb liquor during the day, and lean meat at night. Legit gonna lose 30 pounds when we come out of this

I'm eating a little bit extra and carrying about a few extra pounds of water I normally don't, to reinforce my immune system with extra raw materials.

Work out more.

If people don’t recognize the importance of staying healthy at this point, we really should leave them to their own devices.

If you catch the Coronas & survive looks like about. # a day loss which would be good for most.

I have a medical condition called Cheeto Addiction

it's new... you can prob expect a CME on this later

I have business lunches almost everyday and its taken a toll. Taking this opportunity to improve my diet and have leaned quite a bit..
