7 years. We were pretty close until she went to college. Not very close since then.
My kids are 12, 9 and 2. I’m hoping the older ones are close to their little sister as they age.

My sister and brother are 10 months apart. Sister was born in December. The October before her 1st birthday my brother was born. Ten years after my brother was born I was born.
They are my half sister and brother. So my oldest sibling is 11 years older than I.

12 years, 8 months. Next sibling was almost 3years younger to the day. Then, 9 years, 8 months later I arrived. It was like we had two separate families.

My brother is 8 years older. It’s great now that we’re adults. It sucked growing up. He was in high school when I was a kid, so we really didn’t mesh well. When I got to college, things got pretty cool. We would hang out and do stuff together. Now, he lives 8 hours away. Bleh.

Only 2 years. But my oldest son is 20 years older than my twin boys. Have a daughter right smack in the middle 10 yrs apart. Been a wild ride!

9 years 4 months between me and my late sisters. By baby sister is 14 years and 9 days younger than they were.
My oldest daughter is 16 years and 11 months older than her sister, my youngest.
No surprises for any of them or us, just life.
