How much of a jump do you expect to happen in about 7-10 days...

due to the Easter holiday. Gov Edwards said plenty of people disregarded the stay at home orders and even went on to say the state went from a C- to a D in people movement.
Do you also believe this could potentially assist in the delaying of the stay at home orders for the state or have little to no effect? Granted the more cases the delay would happen...just looking to see what people saw or heard this past weekend and what are their thoughts?

JBE just making excuses to extend lockdown through May

I'm assigning 100% blame to WaydownSouth is the stay at home gets extended due to a spike just before May

Not very many people gathered in large groups enough to even matter.

Edwards is going to run his mouth like always. I doubt it changes people freely moving about very much.

What type of arbitrary bullshite is that? Is this a real thing?
What total dumbass came up with a grade scale for that, and thought it was intelligent enough to make public?

A D is still a pretty good grade for us

This "score" is complete bullshite because all it's doing is tracking distances traveled. We're a largely suburban state with a number of essential industries that require long commutes.
No shite people are traveling "far" to work/stores/etc.

It seemed like there were a lot more cars on the road at lunch time today

Probably a pretty big one. Supposedly Austin just passed a law requiring everyone to wear a mask.
I have no idea that that is true. Not sure how they'll be able to do that.
might be true

He was never gonna end this lockdown before the end of May at earliest. His mind was made up a long time ago. The ‘data’ he’s referring to that shows what bad boys and girls we’ve been being comes from Apple/Google location tracking that has been employed in many states to monitor public behavior. He’s using this info to scold us, as per usual procedure. When the time comes, he’ll say he’s only extending this because we did not behave ourselves like good little children. It’s condescending as frick.
I, for one, am not surprised or shocked in the least. This is nothing new.

I think I've left the house everyday but I'm certainly not on the road as much as usual.
