$250ish but the city puts water, power, sewage, and trash all in one bill. Gas bill is $20-30.

AC is set to 69 all day. 75 when we’re out of town.

Not sure how to tell you, but this is horrible for your house, framing, moulding, cabinets, etc. everything will warp in a year

well, thermostats can vary pretty significantly. i just changed mine out and left the old one sitting next to the new one to compare.

New Therm reads 2 degrees warmer than the old on ALWAYS.

Also, thermostat placement can definitely change the feel of the house, along with how much humidity is getting sucked out of the air.

in short, my In laws house is freaking freezing at 75 degrees. Mine is a hair warm at that same temp.
