I went in to up the % I invest in my employee stock purchase plan and had to look at my overall 401K.

I’m only 32 so like I said earlier, I’m not checking for a while.

I quit doing the math once it passed $100k. I haven't even looked at the 529s, but I would imagine north of $60k in those.

Checked last thursday and I'd lost 1400 that day by lunch. Checked last friday and I was up 2200 that day by lunch.

I've made the decision to stop looking at it

Down 25.8% as of COB yesterday. Market was up today so probably got some of that back.

I checked when all of this panic started, and told myself I wouldn't check again. I view my 401K/investments as a marathon, not a sprint. Trends up and trends down will happen.
