How much do you tip a good realtor?

Only asking because this has been the best experience I’ve had. Gave me a list of improvements and set up vendors once given the go ahead. Also helped stage. Pretty sure I got way more money than I would have if some fly by night housewife would’ve just stuck a For Sale sign in my yard and let it be.

Tip them as in give them money?

Didnt they already clock 3% off the sale?

A nice gift card to a restaurant would work

Depends. How much do you tip your stockbroker?

None. They get paid via their fees. If anything, just recommend her to some friends who are looking to buy/sell and toss some leads her way.

We also had an outstanding experience with our last realtor, we invited her and her husband over for dinner after. They own a wine store/distribution company so they even brought over their own alcohol; plus a shite load just to give us. So it was win/win.

In probably the worst 2yr stretch in economics, they’ve made more money than you can imagine. A simply referral will do more than a tip.

According to some videos I have seen, they will let you bang them for the listing. That same site also tells me some chicks will do anything to not get evicted.

I didn’t tip ours a damn thing rightfully so. They already make too damn much. Why give them anymore? Realtors don’t do shite yet they get a big slice of the pie.

Why tip someone for a job I'm capable of doing myself? I can deliver food, I can drive a taxi, I can and do cut my own hair. I did, however, tip my urologist. Because I am unable to pulverize my own kidney stones.

They usually give you a gift. Our girl gave us a very nice bottle of wine and $200 gift card to a steak place

She just made a shite ton for putting a for sale sign in our yard in a burning hot market

That’s standard. Mine also paid for a deep cleaning before we showed the house. Hired a photographer, 2 visits from her stager, marketing materials, etc.

And when it was all said and done, she gave me a $100 gift card to a home furnishings store as a thank you.

Nice bottle of wine if they went above and beyond.
