I bet we don't spend $75/week for a family of 4.

We don't buy soft drinks at all. And all meats are either fish we caught or venison.

About $500 a week. Buying organic in California is rough. On top of that, we do the 5-7 fruits and veggies a day thing, so one of us is at the grocery store all the time.

If I could keep Amazon Pantry, Target, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s under $1500/month, I’d be super happy.

Budget for groceries, restaurants, and alcohol is $425 per week for family of 4. It is ridiculous and often times we are over budget.

$300ish for 3-5 people on average.

My kids alternate with their mom so when they’re with me it’s a little higher and when they’re gone it’s lower.

About $250.

For all meals and snacks for a family of four (with a toddler with food allergies) except for two restaurant visits on Friday and Saturday.

Could be cheaper but I have a picky wife and son.

Bought $80 a week for 2 of us. We're low carb, so mostly just the stuff on the perimeter of the grocery: fresh spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, avocados, whatever meat is on sale that week, bacon, eggs, heavy cream, cheese, etc.

I found we spenf way more when buying regular carb laden groceries.

Are we including eating out?

I don’t buy a lot of groceries because most meals are at a restaurant

$300-400 every two weeks for 3 people.
Includes things like toiletries, detergents, cleaning stuff
as well as food.
That doesn't include take out and going to dinner sit down places.
That's probably probably $150-200 per weekend if take out is around $40-60. Sit down is a lot more with tips, etc.

We waste a lot of money but it's a perk I guess you could say. I like take out cause it requires near zero effort.

Health coaches =/= dietitians

Dietitians have to be certified & go to school. Health coaches read blogs.
