We spend about $300 a week for me, my wife and 3 kids. We were just talking yesterday about ways to decrease the cost, but it costs a lot to feed the kids 3 times a day plus snacks.

Are we including beer from gas stations or just food at home for the family?

Family of 4, including 2 teenagers, and our weekly grocery bill hovers around $150-$200. We usually only cook a full family dinner 2-3 nights a week.
I'd say my 16 year old son consumes around 80% of that grocery bill.

I bet we don't spend $75/week for a family of 4.
Ham sandwiches and ramen for dinners? $75/wk is nothing.
