I get everything I need, meal wise and toiletry wise, for a full week for about $120. And I typically eat 5 meals a day on my plan. Have a friend that claims he spends $75-$80 on ingredients to cook 1 or 2 meals. I’m not sure how thats possible.

Wondering what the typical OTer spends on groceries.

If you aren't just moderating, you need to see a dietitian

About 50 I'd say. Maybe 60. I never go out to eat either even for lunch.

You eat 5 meals a day?

Around 250 or so for a family if 4 with small elementary age kids. Now granted, about $50 of that is beer and beef jerky, but hey, a man has to have a couple vices, right?
