I have about 5 a day. 3mg. But I have 2 cigs a day also. Usually 1 with coffee looking at the woods in the morning before shite shave and shower. And one with a bourbon before shower and bed.

The issue isn't whether certain drugs are good or not. It's the dosage. (As you're trying to pinpoint.)

Nicotine is one of the few substances that can pass through the blood brain barrier. Quite a few scientists thought this is what should’ve been added to ivermectin for Covid relief. WHO knows if true,but interesting none the less.
