Prob 4 minimum. Two long weekend trips and two bigger week long trips.

Usually scheduled quarterly.

A better question would be how many vacations do you take away from the family?

2 "big" ones. (Big for me is a week)
Maybe 2 or 3 small ones over a long weekend somewhere closer.

One. Sometimes two.

Visit the inlaws out of state a few times per year too.

This year: DC, Gatlinburg, Vegas, New Orleans.

Next year: Disney World, Vegas, probably California

Depends on what you consider a vacation.

I would say 2-3. We go to Disney World once a year (1 week), we take a trip out of the country every other year (2 weeks) and we select one location that is not Disney or the beach each year (1 week).

We also have a home in Florida that we go to at least one to two times per month, sometimes more, so I wouldn't consider that a vacation.

This feels like a potential switcheroo thread.

3 to 4. Next week to New York, end of June to London, then planning a trip to Vermont or Maine in the Fall. Seattle earlier this year.

Try to do a 12-14 day EURO trip every other year.

We go to the beach for a week annually. We try to visit family on either the East or West coast annually as well.

So I guess 2-3 a year.

Typically 2 long ones where we take off a week or more.

4-6ish long weekends to catch a show or event on the road.

We both get government holidays though, so we get a fair share of long weekends.
