I get 4 weeks (vacation and sick combined) since the day I started (few years ago)
Can only carry over 6 weeks into new year.
I usually cash them out

As a business owner, as many as I want.

I get 28 per year. I think I have about 35 in the bank accrued over 6 years. I used most of it every year.

As may as I want, but I have a billable hours threshold that I have to hit.

I get 30 days/yr all inclusive (vacation/sick/holiday). We max out at 45 days.

Well, I get 6 weeks per year, and could roll over up to 4 weeks up until July 1 when the policy was changed. I now have to use it or lose it down to the annual amount.

I get 4 weeks a year and I rarely have any left over. I burn them up to go on trips every chance I get.

I accrue 10 hours PTO per month (5 per pay period), so 15 days per year, but it’s on a rolling basis. We also have 9 or 10 paid holidays; can’t remember how many.
Accruals stop once I reach 120 hours of PTO. I actually just took Monday off due to the fact that I am almost capped and wouldn’t accrue on my pay period at the end of the month.
My company has great benefits overall, but this is one policy I disagree with - forces us to take PTO we don’t need to take and lose out on a day of productivity (thus having to work harder upon return).

It would be nice to have accrued days off, but that’s only for the staff.

I get 6 weeks starting January 1st. Use them or lose them.

I’m self employed. I take 4-6 weeks a year.
Why do I get down voted for this? Did I accidently stumble onto Democrat Underground or some other victim-oriented website? Does somebody have a grievance?

I get 365 days a year. It took me 55 years to accrue it.
